As we enter the spring, a time of rejuvenation, we invite the community to stretch and grow with a gentle yoga session led by Sherry Abbasi.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the practice, all are welcome. Come dressed for the weather as this program will take place outdoors in the backyard of Kinfolk House. Participants should bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle; yoga blocks are optional.
